Terms & Conditions Rezeki99 — Platform Terms of Use

Welcome to Rezeki99. This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and Rezeki99 ("Platform", "We", "Company"). By accessing the Rezeki99 website, registering an account, or using any services provided by our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.

Rezeki99 does not accept deposits made via foreign payment methods or in any currency other than MYR. Members Rezeki99 may submit a withdrawal request at any time, provided the account balance is sufficient and there are no active restrictions on the account. Withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 30 per transaction.
• There is no maximum daily withdrawal limit for members who have completed full identity verification.
• The recipient account (e-wallet or bank) must be registered under the same name as the Rezeki99 account.
• Any bonus received must meet the wagering (rollover) requirement before a withdrawal can be approved.
• Deposited funds must be wagered at least once (one betting cycle) before a withdrawal can be made.

Rezeki99 processes withdrawal requests to Malaysian e-wallets within 5 to 15 minutes and to a bank account within 15 to 30 minutes, subject to bank operating hours and standard security checks. In exceptional circumstances where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours and Rezeki99 will notify the member via email or in-platform notification.

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by Rezeki99 is subject to specific terms and conditions that will be stated alongside each offer. The general terms applicable to all rezeki99 bonuses are as follows:

• The new member welcome bonus is granted once per member, per IP address, and per device.
• All bonuses carry a wagering (rollover/turnover) requirement that must be met before a withdrawal can be made. The standard rollover requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash without fulfilling the rollover requirements.
• Games played using bonus balance may contribute differently toward the rollover requirement depending on the game category — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games contribute between 10%–50%.

• The use of bots, automated software, scripts, or any other technological means to play or place bets automatically.
• Collusion between two or more players to cheat or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs or system vulnerabilities — members are required to report any bugs discovered to Rezeki99 support immediately.
• Use of illegally obtained funds or any attempt to use Rezeki99 for money laundering purposes.
• Registering an account using false information or another person's identity without authorisation.
• Any form of extortion, threats, or harassment directed at Rezeki99 staff or other members.

• An order from a competent authority requiring the freezing or closure of an account.
• Account inactive for more than 24 consecutive months.

In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, Rezeki99 reserves the right to forfeit any balance associated with the violating activity. Accounts closed at the member's own request are not subject to balance forfeiture.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Rezeki99 and its management, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, or consequential losses suffered by a member arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Temporary service disruptions due to technical maintenance, system updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from betting outcomes — all wagers are placed entirely at the member's own risk.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's failure to keep their login credentials secure.

Rezeki99 does not guarantee that games on the platform will always be free from bugs or disruptions. However, we are committed to resolving any technical issues promptly and fairly.

Rezeki99 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except in cases of emergency where immediate changes are required for the safety of the platform or its members.
